These are produced from your construction and requirements - in close co- operation with your company. Throughout the last 30 years, MODELBYG has accumulated a lot of experience processing acryllic, ABS and other sorts of plastic materials. This extensive experience, broad knowledge of materials and a comprehensive machine park have developed MODELBYG into an active partner in relation to development and testing of your new product.

Casts..
MODELBYG has developed a method of casting, so that 0-series can be produced from
prototypes and other products. The casting represents a true copy of the original subject,
showing every detail. The original can be produced out of many different materials, e.g.
plasticine, foam, wood, plastic or metal.

Sinking erosion electrodes..

MODELBYG has developed a method to produce sinking erosion electrodes in copper. The electrodes can be used directly for constructing tools, ultrasound welding and fixtures. The electrodes can be produced from the originals in plasticine, wood, plastic, metal etc. All the details from the original subject are shown on the electrode, allowing it to be used in cases where traditional methods are not sufficiently detailed.
